Paired t-test will analyze the paired data.
If you want to analyze unpaired data, use "UnpairedT" in iTunes App Store. Other statistical tools such as Unpaired t-test, ANOVA (analysis of variance), clinical sample size calculator, and Bartlett test, McNemar test etc. are available.
